What these photos are not

They are synthetic images of a person who does not exist, generated on demand. No photograph was taken and no model was photographed. That matters for two practical reasons: the images are not evidence of anything, and nothing about them is private to the character — but what you asked for in order to get them is stored in your conversation history, which is a privacy consideration rather than a photography one.
