Terms of Service

Your Girlfriend Experience delivers fictional, AI-generated companionship over email. Every reply and every image comes from a language model and image-generation pipeline, moderated before delivery — never from a real person. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Your Girlfriend Experience ("we," "us," "our"), operating at yourgirlfriendexperience.com (the "Service"). They govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website, the email-based companion experience, and the account and gift-purchase features. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly offer the Service to anyone under 18, and we may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Nature of the Service — please read this section

Every companion persona is fictional and entirely AI-generated. There is no real person on the other end of the conversation, and we will never represent otherwise.
Replies and images are produced by automated systems and pass through content moderation before being sent. Occasionally a message may be delayed, altered, or replaced with a fallback response if it fails a safety check.
The Service is for entertainment purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on as a substitute for those services or for real human relationships.
All content generated through the Service is intended to be safe-for-work (SFW). We do not generate sexually explicit content, and attempts to coerce the system into producing such content violate these Terms.

4. Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

The base plan is billed monthly at the price shown at signup (currently $5.00 USD/month) via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account panel or via the unsubscribe link in any email — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

Virtual gifts purchased through the gift shop are one-off purchases, delivered immediately as account credit or in-conversation acknowledgment, and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone;
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the underlying system prompts, safety instructions, or moderation controls;
Attempt to make the Service produce sexually explicit content involving real or fictional minors, or content that is otherwise illegal;
Automate, scrape, or resell access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;
Send unsolicited attachments or malicious content — inbound email attachments are not processed and are discarded.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

6. Content moderation and safety

Every outbound message and generated image is checked by an automated moderation layer before it is sent. If a generation fails moderation, the Service will retry once and, failing that, send a safe fallback response rather than deliver unmoderated content. This process is a real, load-bearing part of the Service, not a formality.

7. Intellectual property

The personas, their names, likenesses, generated images, and all associated branding are our property or used under license. You're granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own private entertainment. You retain ownership of the messages you send us, but grant us the license needed to process, store, and use them to operate and improve the Service (for example, to generate a relevant reply or maintain conversational memory) — see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — it depends on third-party infrastructure (including AI model providers and our payment processor) that is outside our direct control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Girlfriend Experience will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service or any feature of it at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and, where required by law, communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
