Here's the part most sites are vague about. This service is independently built in Ontario. The AI model that talks to you, and the image generation behind her photos, run on our own hardware in Ontario — not on a rented API from a big American AI company, which is how most companion apps work. The website and your account are hosted on a US server. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume something we can't back up.

What to look for from any provider
- Currency. Do they show a CAD price, or will your bank be converting every month?
- Who actually runs the AI. If the answer is "OpenAI" or "an API," your conversation is going to a company you didn't sign up with.
- Whether it's metered. A lot of companion apps sell a cheap base plan and then charge coins for photos and messages. A flat price is a flat price.
- How you cancel. One click, or a retention maze?
